What you will do

• Collaborate directly with agile teams to oversee planning and execution.
• Mentor and coach individuals and teams within the Product Development Organization on agile principles.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Drive continuous improvement culture and champion change management initiatives.
• Implement agile rollouts and onboard new team members to established agile processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and metrics.
• Proven experience working within Scrum, Kanban, or XP environments.
• Knowledge of Agile Engineering Practices like TDD, BDD, and Continuous Integration.
• Proficiency with Agile Lifecycle Management tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
