What you will do

• Drive the adoption of Agentic AI and AI-assisted coding tools across all engineering teams.
• Implement robust features using a mix of AI-driven processes and traditional full-stack development.
• Tackle complex, large-scale technical challenges using AI-first methodologies.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate next-generation AI workflows into existing IoT and SaaS ecosystems.
• Define reusable frameworks, research emerging AI technologies, and establish engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong startup mindset with the ability to thrive in rapid-iteration and ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding, autonomous agents, and full-stack engineering.
• Fluency in modern languages such as Python, C#, and JavaScript, plus experience with event streaming like Kafka.
• Must have existing work authorization in the US; no sponsorship available.
