What you will do

• Drive technical sales success by partnering with Account Executives and demonstrating hirify.global’s value.
• Understand and solve customer challenges through discovery sessions, product demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Support and grow existing accounts by collaborating with Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers.
• Foster strategic partnerships to explore new opportunities and technical collaborations.
• Shape the future of hirify.global by influencing product evolution and contributing to content initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant or Solutions Engineering role for a B2B vendor.
• A track record of providing solutions and engaging with technical customer personas.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present advanced technical topics.
• Experience working in middleware technology, ideally within API management, IAM or integration.
• Good knowledge of REST, JSON and XML.
• Fluent in French or German.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, continuous integration and continuous delivery processes, as well as experience with Linux.
• Creativity and innovation to come up with new material to have people discovering and learning about hirify.global.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Event Driven Architectures and APIs.
• Understanding of OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
• Knowledge of Kafka, gRPC, GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI Agent frameworks or platforms.
• Some scripting experience, ideally with Java or JavaScript/Python.
