What you will do

• Create and implement packaging guidelines, including stickers, product markings, and installation instructions.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce accurate packaging layouts.
• Manage technical documentation (MSDS, TDS) and car parts instructions.
• Coordinate translation workflows and maintain naming library databases across 22 languages.
• Ensure supplier compliance with branding and production standards.
• Maintain and update product label templates to meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Based in Portugal, Poland, or the Czech Republic required.
• Up to 1 year of experience in marketing, packaging, or design.
• English: Intermediate level (B1) or higher required.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic design tools like Figma.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Polish, Russian, or other European languages.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or Communications.
