What you will do

• Develop and prepare media strategies and plans for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Create naming conventions and prepare trafficking sheets for various touchpoints.
• Coordinate asset delivery and oversee proper campaign implementation.
• Deliver comprehensive reports to clients and provide feedback for performance optimization.
• Support the activation team with campaign setup during peak periods.
• Serve as a point of contact for urgent client requests in collaboration with the manager.

Requirements

• Fluency in English required.
• Must be based in Poland or willing to work directly from Warsaw.
• 3+ years of experience in planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Adaptability to changing goals and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
