GOC | Senior Paid Social Media Specialist (Planning)

Location: Hybrid role based in Krakow, Poznan, Warsaw, or Wroclaw, Poland, with office attendance two days a week.

Salary: PLN 6,333–12,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Contribute to touchpoint strategy preparation and provide strategic input.
• Prepare media plans for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid social platforms.
• Share asset specifications, delivery templates, naming conventions, and trafficking sheets.
• Coordinate asset delivery and oversee correct campaign implementation.
• Respond to urgent client requests with the manager and deliver performance reports with optimization feedback.
• Support campaign setup during peak activation periods when needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical skills, numerical affinity, and the ability to turn raw data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Adaptability and flexibility when goals and priorities change.
• Willingness to work directly from Poland.
