Forward-Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, on-site. Travel is not required, but may be possible. Relocation support is available for eligible employees.

Salary: $145,000–$200,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own customer accounts end to end as the primary technical and customer-facing partner.
• Build and tailor autonomous agent solutions for customer-specific business workflows.
• Configure, prompt, and orchestrate AI agents in hirify.global Studio across complex and legacy enterprise software.
• Manage and support AI agents in production, ensuring reliability and evolution as customer needs change.
• Prototype new browsing techniques and optimize intelligent document extraction pipelines.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and customer teams while identifying opportunities to expand hirify.globalion solutions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in a customer-facing technical role, such as sales engineering, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering.
• Experience orchestrating and configuring AI agents on a modern agent platform.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or Lovable.
• Ability to work across the stack, navigate ambiguity, and operate in multidisciplinary environments.
• Experience as an individual contributor in a startup or other dynamic, high-growth setting.

Nice to have

• Web hirify.globalion experience with tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
• Experience with prompting and tuning AI agents.
