What you will do

• Lead the adoption of AI-powered development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Devin to increase engineering productivity.
• Architect and evolve the React Native/Expo mobile platform to support millions of stablecoin transactions.
• Expand backend infrastructure to handle multi-currency wallets and international payment flows.
• Contribute to core technical decisions, engineering culture, and strategic hiring as a founding team member.
• Design systems that ensure regulatory compliance across multiple international jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven expertise with React Native/Expo and modern backend stacks.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants and modern development workflows.
• Founding mentality with the ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-growth startup environments.
• Understanding of blockchain, stablecoins, or international fintech systems.
