What you will do

• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Java and interactive interfaces with React.
• Implement and maintain automated testing suites to ensure high software quality.
• Work within a CI/CD environment to streamline deployment and delivery processes.
• Address performance bottlenecks and optimize system interactions.
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver value and mentor peers to foster a learning culture.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance development speed and maintain system standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer in an agile environment.
• English proficiency: B2 level (80% mandatory).
• Expertise in object-oriented Java development.
• Proficiency in React development.
• Experience with automated testing and evolutionary design.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and performance optimization.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Spring application development.
• Experience with Extreme Programming (XP) practices.
• Working knowledge of cloud architecture and 12-factor applications.
• Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.
