What you will do

• Perform experiments and assays under the guidance of Senior Scientists.
• Analyze experimental results using analytical and computational methodologies.

• Prepare biological samples and reagents for R&D workflows.
• Maintain meticulous records of experimental details and outcomes.
• Manage and organize daily lab operations to ensure efficient research cycles.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Molecular and Cell Biology, Microbiology, Biophysics, or Biochemistry.
• 1-2 years of research experience in academic or industry settings.
• Extensive practical experience with PCR, electrophoresis, and DNA purification.
• Strong mathematical and statistical aptitude for analytical tasks.
• High attention to detail and ability to learn new experimental concepts quickly.
• Must be able to work on-site in Menlo Park, CA.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a startup environment.
• Knowledge of medical genetics or cell-free DNA settings.
• Next-generation sequencing (NGS) library preparation skills.
