What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and implement high-throughput analytical workflows for molecular discovery.
• Lead method development for compound identification, purity assessment, and impurity profiling.
• Build multimodal characterization strategies to gain deeper insights into structure–function relationships.
• Partner with automation and platform teams to integrate instrumentation into scalable robotics-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with AI teams to ensure analytical datasets are interoperable for closed-loop learning.
• Troubleshoot analytical challenges related to instrumentation and method robustness.

Requirements

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of relevant industry or high-performance research experience.
• Deep expertise in analytical chemistry techniques for small molecule analysis.
• Strong experience in high-throughput workflows and method development.
• Ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams including computational sciences.
• Commitment to scientific rigor, reproducibility, and high-quality data documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with multimodal characterization approaches and robotic-enabled labs.
• Knowledge of ELNs, LIMS, and analytical data management systems.
• Experience in AI-enabled or data-driven R&D environments.
