What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive data-driven sales strategies to grow market share in the Great Plains.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales representatives.
- Engage in consultative selling to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors to enhance product adoption.
- Analyze sales results and industry trends to optimize territory performance and identify new opportunities.
- Lead and coach the team to exceed ambitious sales targets through effective pipeline management and closing skills.
Requirements
- 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics, genetics, or women's health.
- Existing portfolio of convertible client relationships in the prenatal/reproductive health space.
- Must be based in the Great Plains (MN, IA, SD, ND).
- Demonstrated track record of leading teams to exceed sales goals and winning industry sales awards.
- Strong ability to coach, mentor, and motivate sales representatives.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and presentation skills.

- Experience working in a startup environment.
