Director Product - Ecosystem (AI): Driving the product vision and innovation for internal and external platform capabilities with an accent on AI-driven automation, developer experience, and seamless partner integrations. Focus on reducing Time-to-Value for enterprise customers and building a scalable, secure, and extensible commerce ecosystem.

Location: Hybrid (must be based in or able to commute to London, Berlin, or Valencia three days a week)

What you will do

• Define and execute a compelling product vision for the ecosystem ensuring alignment with developer and partner needs.
• Drive adoption of GenAI and AI Agents to enhance developer productivity and system extensibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales leadership to ensure frictionless integration experiences.
• Improve API usability and simplify integration paths to maintain best-in-class developer experience.
• Own investment decisions for the partner ecosystem, including engineering productivity and external integrations.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to maintain a strong market position.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading high-performing product teams within system integration, marketplace, or developer ecosystem environments.
• Deep understanding of API-first, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong business acumen with a history of aligning product vision with company growth objectives.
• Experience with AI-driven automation, GenAI, or AI agents in developer toolchains.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days per week in the local office (London, Berlin, or Valencia).
• Proven ability to align stakeholders and communicate complex ideas at an executive level.
