What you will do

• Define and execute the end-to-end data strategy, anticipating future needs for AI model training.
• Source, curate, and structure high-quality multi-modal data including text, video, and images.
• Develop and optimize automated data pipelines and labeling workflows.
• Scale data processing operations to support real-time conversational AI and avatar rendering.
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers to translate raw data into high-quality training sets.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in large-scale data processing and engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong background working with LLMs and multi-modal datasets.
• Deep understanding of ML-first data architectures and automation strategies.
• Proven ability to define best practices and own complex data projects independently.
