What you will do

• Train, fine-tune, and distill ML models using RL to power autonomous AI agents.
• Build and operate agentic workflows in Python for complex reasoning and human-expert interaction.
• Conduct evaluation and benchmarking to select foundational models and establish cost models.
• Manage the full ML lifecycle, from initial design and production shipping to real-time monitoring.
• Implement observability metrics for agent logic and system reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ML, specializing in model training, fine-tuning, and RL.
• 1+ year of practical experience building and launching autonomous AI agents.
• Proficiency with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
• Experience with open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral) and model distillation.
• Advanced Python mastery and disciplined software engineering standards.
• English: B2 or above required.
• Location: Must be based in Europe.
