Location: Hybrid, with offices in London, New York, and Singapore.

Salary: £120,000–£180,000 per annum + equity.

What you will do

• Structure the team for growth and establish presence in new geographies.
• Define delivery rituals and release practices to maintain high shipping speed.
• Manage career development, performance, and engineering culture health.
• Partner with the CTO and CPO on technical direction, organizational strategy, and operational backbone.
• Own the engineering hiring pipeline and lead the expansion of the team.

Requirements

• Experience scaling engineering organizations in early-stage environments (10–100+).
• Strong operational leadership and people management skills (hiring, performance, 1:1s).
• First-hand experience with AI-assisted development workflows and evaluation-driven development.
• Excellent written communication for an async-friendly, distributed environment.
• Ability to partner effectively across functions including product, design, and commercial.
• Proven ability to coach and lead highly autonomous senior engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with vertical SaaS or enterprise software.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry or adjacent sectors.
• Previous experience building or working on agentic systems.
