What you will do

• Evolve the AI Services platform by collaborating with research, product, and infrastructure teams.
• Lead the design and development of cloud-native AI features ensuring high reliability and performance.
• Drive innovation by experimenting with cutting-edge AI technologies and frameworks.
• Own the full lifecycle of services from architecture to production deployment.
• Mentor emerging talent through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in backend development and cloud services.
• Strong background in software design and architecture for scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, or Python.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding processes.
• Must be located in Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• Experience productionizing AI/ML systems or model-serving.
• Experience building AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph.
• Experience with the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
