What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to drive technical sales cycles and win enterprise deals.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and build tailored AI agent solutions for client demonstrations.
• Execute hands-on Proof of Concept engagements to prove product value.
• Translate technical product capabilities into clear business impacts for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with implementation and engineering teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Pre-sales, Solutions Engineering, or Consulting.
• Professional working proficiency in both English and Polish.
• Strong background in enterprise client navigation and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and API integration/troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of process automation and value-based selling principles.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and LLM technology concepts.
