What you will do

• Design and evolve cloud architecture on GCP using Terraform.
• Own and optimize Kubernetes clusters for security and high-load AI workloads.
• Implement comprehensive observability strategies using Datadog, defining SLIs/SLOs and proactive alerting.
• Build and integrate production-grade Python services using Clean Architecture and DDD.
• Orchestrate LLM-powered agents and integrate them with external SaaS ecosystems like CRMs and dialers.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid and safe delivery of features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with a strong focus on infrastructure and tooling.
• Advanced expertise in Python, including async programming and architectural patterns.
• Expert-level knowledge of GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Strong background in designing scalable, distributed system architectures.
• Fluent English communication skills to work effectively across product and business teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on ownership and autonomous decision-making.
