What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow a squad of 5-10 engineers
• Translate product vision into actionable technical roadmaps and drive execution
• Maintain high standards for code quality, security, and performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design teams to prioritize impact
• Stay hands-on by reviewing PRs, debugging production issues, and prototyping new features

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, or Poland
• 7+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Proven track record of shipping software to large enterprise customers
• Deep technical foundation in Linux, Kubernetes, containers, public cloud, and networking
• Experience contributing to or leading open source projects

Nice to have

• Significant professional experience with the internal tech stack (Go, Postgres, GCP, gRPC)
• Prior experience working on developer tooling
• Active involvement in open source contributions
