What you will do

• Oversee the design, development, and scaling of the global Observability platform
• Architect systems for high-performance logging, monitoring, and metric visualization
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to define long-term technical roadmaps
• Attract, mentor, and build high-performance engineering teams through effective leadership
• Ensure operational excellence and strict adherence to security and performance SLOs
• Integrate platform improvements directly into the hirify.global Atlas ecosystem

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience with a focus on scaling distributed systems
• Strong background in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes)
• Proven expertise in high-performance API and data pipeline development
• Demonstrated ability to manage managers and scale large engineering organizations
• Experience defining strategic vision for complex technical infrastructure
• Ability to influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams
