What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to drive solution adoption and satisfaction.
- Proactively communicate with clients to cultivate long-term business relationships and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with resellers and internal commercial teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and seamless handovers.
- Conduct personalized training and educational sessions to increase product usage.
- Gather and share customer feedback and insights with internal teams for product improvement.
- Identify and refer sales lead opportunities to relevant reseller partners.
Requirements
- Several years of B2B sales and Customer Success experience.
- Strong language skills in Norwegian required.
- Proficiency in sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems.
- Understanding of both direct and indirect distribution models.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite capacity in Copenhagen.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
