What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to drive solution adoption and satisfaction.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to cultivate long-term business relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with resellers and internal commercial teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and seamless handovers.
  • Conduct personalized training and educational sessions to increase product usage.
  • Gather and share customer feedback and insights with internal teams for product improvement.
  • Identify and refer sales lead opportunities to relevant reseller partners.

Requirements

  • Several years of B2B sales and Customer Success experience.
  • Strong language skills in Norwegian required.
  • Proficiency in sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of both direct and indirect distribution models.
  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite capacity in Copenhagen.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in the dental industry or dental technology.
