Salary: $182,000 - 230,000 USD Annually

What you will do

• Drive strategic product initiatives from concept to launch, influencing product strategy and business outcomes.
• Design and prototype end-to-end user experiences with pixel-perfect execution, considering every interaction, animation, and transition.
• Champion design excellence by treating product as an extension of our brand, ensuring every touchpoint meets the highest quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, and other stakeholders to bring ambitious visions to life.
• Take senior-level ownership, driving major product initiatives and influencing company-wide design decisions.
• Provide strategic leadership within the design organization, helping to shape team culture and design standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and exceptional execution.
• Senior-level experience with a proven track record of leading complex, high-impact product initiatives.
• Experience working on consumer-facing products with significant user impact.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions.

Nice to have

• In-house product experience; agency experience is a plus.
• Conversational AI experience.
