Location: Must be based in the US and able to work from the office in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $260,000 – $305,000 USD

What you will do

• Contribute to the strategic direction of product tools using deep user empathy.
• Define feature areas with exceptional attention to detail, improving flow consistency and quality.
• Craft polished, delightful user interfaces that build trust in AI capabilities.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to define product roadmaps.
• Rapidly prototype concepts to communicate ideas and test hypotheses.
• Execute high-quality work within a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience in complex workflows, SaaS, or developer tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design and polished UI craftsmanship.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end on complex products in ambiguous settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in prototyping, ideally using front-end code (HTML, CSS, JS).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
