What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end insights and analytics projects from initiation to final presentation.
• Utilize customer and market data to improve commercial performance and customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with product and marketing stakeholders to develop analytical solutions.
• Create compelling data-led narratives and actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Act as a subject matter expert for data insights across the business.
• Support and mentor junior members of the team to develop their analytical skills.

Requirements

• Degree with a strong data and mathematical element or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience at a senior analyst level within a customer-led industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one of Python, R, or SAS.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI for dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, HotJar, or Contentsquare.
• Strong storytelling skills for delivering complex data narratives to diverse stakeholder groups.

Nice to have

• Practical experience in statistical approaches like AB testing and multivariate testing.
• Experience with predictive techniques such as propensity modeling or clustering.
• Prior management or mentoring experience.
