Salary: $207,600 - $306,600 a year

What you will do

• Define and ship hirify.global's AI-ready developer MCP.
• Build a CLI optimized for agent and LLM invocation.
• Improve AI-readability and usability of hirify.global documentation and SDKs.
• Design lightweight hobbyist permissioning infrastructure.
• Partner with Go-To-Market to size AI-native opportunities.
• Launch ecosystem integrations and AI platform partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with AI platforms, LLMs, or developer AI tooling.
• Experience building developer-facing products (APIs, SDKs, platform tooling).
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work with engineers on platform architecture.
• Track record of shipping 0>1 initiatives.
