What you will do

• Design, govern, and implement comprehensive SAP Finance (FI/CO) solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead end-to-end solutioning and proposal responses for high-value pursuits ($50M+ TCV), including effort estimation and commercial modeling.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, aligning business vision with technical roadmaps.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle of large-scale S/4HANA finance transformation programs.
• Facilitate workshops to define business capabilities, process improvements, and solution tradeoffs.
• Mobilize and lead cross-functional teams to ensure profitable and timely project execution.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience in SAP and large-scale Finance (FI/CO) transformations.
• 5+ full lifecycle implementations with strong S/4HANA experience.
• Expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and SAP FICO modules.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable solution architecture.
• Experience in a consulting environment, such as Big 4 or large SI.
• Bachelor's degree required.
