What you will do

• Define technical direction for Privilege Access Workstations (PAW), PAM, and IAM platforms.
• Translate security requirements into auditable technical controls and security-by-design standards.
• Lead threat modelling, security assessments, and resilience testing to guide platform investments.
• Manage incident response and recovery for critical identity services, including on-call duties.
• Oversee compliance and documentation efforts to support internal and external security audits.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and development for a team of security engineers.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading the design and operation of PAW, PAM, or IAM platforms.
• Deep understanding of identity, authentication, authorization, and secure access technologies.
• Strong background in Windows, Linux, networking, and security control integration.
• Experience maintaining security in 24/7 high-availability production environments.
• Demonstrated people management and technical leadership capabilities.
• Effective communication skills for explaining technical risks and decisions to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PKI, Firewalls, VPN, ZTNA, or Proxy servers.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Ansible automation.
• Experience working within strictly regulated environments.
