What you will do

• Act as the solution designer for specific domains and provide overviews to operational support teams.
• Create statements of work for design and delivery team engagement.
• Translate customer business needs into actionable design requirements including cost assessments.
• Offer subject matter expertise to stakeholders for RFIs, CCNs, and solution proposals.
• Develop enterprise architecture documentation covering as-is, to-be, and transitional states.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solution design within ICT and network environments.
• Proficiency in industry-standard architecture approaches and languages.
• Technical familiarity with vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, F5, and AWS.
• Strong understanding of CAPEX/OPEX costings and risk mitigation strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and technical communication skills.
