TL;DR

What you will do

  • Partner with enterprise sales teams to lead discovery, architecture workshops, and technical strategy for complex deals.
  • Design custom technical success plans that map platform capabilities to customer architectures.
  • Provide expert guidance on API integrations, security best practices, and feasibility validation.
  • Consolidate strategic product gaps to influence product and engineering roadmaps.
  • Execute complex technical sales cycles, managing proofs of concept and identifying potential blockers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful prospect onboarding and long-term technical fit.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical experience with 3+ years in a pre-sales role like Solution Architect or Sales Engineer.
  • Solid understanding of application development lifecycles and RESTful API design.
  • Proficiency in security protocols, cloud infrastructure, and software integration strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record in complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.

Nice to have

  • Experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or cloud professional architect credentials.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, Ruby, or .NET.
  • Practical experience in applying AI to improve efficiency and work quality.
