TL;DR
Lead Customer Solutions Design Specialist (Cisco/Networking): Leading the end-to-end design and implementation of complex voice, network, wireless, and security solutions for business clients with an accent on post-sale technical design and requirement translation. Focus on managing technical delivery, influencing service strategies, and mentoring technical designers to ensure high-quality, scalable customer solutions.
Location: Must be based in Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Birmingham, Bristol, Newcastle, or London and be comfortable with a 3-days-in-office hybrid model.

What you will do
- Capture complex customer requirements and translate them into detailed technical solution designs.
- Manage technical direction and validate design processes for new developments and existing services.
- Facilitate strong customer relationships at the senior level to influence service strategy and operational decisions.
- Resolve complex solution issues and lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
- Drive consistency in architecture and technical processes to reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Oversee risk management and mitigation during the solution implementation lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience at an expert level with Cisco WAN/LAN (ideally CCNP level or above).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead and motivate challenging projects.
- Proven ability to develop trusted customer relationships and deliver technical consultancy.
- Solid understanding of Data Center environments and low-level design.
- Accountability for technical support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Must be available for 3 days per week at the contractual location in the UK.
