What you will do

• Be an AI expert and evangelist for hirify.global’s customer base.
• Lead AI implementation projects from kickoff to successful deployment.
• Build and configure workflows in hirify.global's AI tools to meet each unique customer’s goals.
• Understand customers’ businesses and recommend innovative AI solutions beyond typical customer support to achieve their business goals.
• Work with the product team to represent customer needs and inform product strategy.
• Solve complex integration challenges creatively and efficiently.

Requirements

• Have 2-5 years of client-facing experience in management consulting, technical implementation, or similar roles.
• Have a technical background, training or mindset.
• Are a strong project leader with a track record of independently leading complex technical solutions.
• Have experience building & managing stakeholder relationships.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Are excited about AI, knowledgeable and already tinkers with it.
