What you will do
- Work directly with enterprise customers from onboarding through ongoing usage, integrating and optimizing AI solutions.
- Build features, MVPs, scalable applications, and tools that improve customer outcomes.
- Develop full-stack applications with React, TypeScript, Node, and Python.
- Design and iterate on AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning voices and transcribers.
- Manage APIs and third-party integrations while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Establish the local playbook for customer onboarding, AI worker deployment, feedback loops, and future regional hiring.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python.
- Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.
- Experience managing APIs and integrating third-party systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines, take ownership, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
