What you will do

• Work directly with enterprise customers to onboard, integrate, and optimize AI worker solutions.
• Develop new features, MVPs, and scalable tools using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Design and iterate on AI/ML solutions, including LLM prompting and voice/transcriber tuning.
• Manage complex APIs and third-party system integrations to ensure seamless functionality.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver tailored enterprise solutions.
• Help shape the local regional playbook and infrastructure for future technical hires.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python.
• Proven experience building AI/ML applications, specifically with LLMs.
• Capability to manage APIs and integrate third-party systems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Founder mindset with high independence, ownership, and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
