Salary: $134,600 - $176,500 USD (US), $152,300 - $196,800 USD (US Premium Markets)

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts for campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to how the hirify.global brand evolves and shows up across marketing.
• Provide creative direction for launches, campaigns, and events.
• Collaborate with marketing teams including demand generation and field marketing.
• Work with designers to bring ideas to life through high-quality execution.
• Help elevate the overall creative standard of marketing work.

Requirements

• Strong experience in brand, campaign, or marketing creative roles at a SaaS company.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and campaign work.
• Ability to develop ideas and translate them into clear visual direction.
• Strong visual and conceptual skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas.
• Interest in working in a technical, product-led environment.
