Salary: 90,000-115,000 / year + bonus

What you will do

• Act as a key consultant to the P&C team and senior leadership.
• Manage projects and technical assignments of large and complex scope.
• Partner with Product teams to drive technical changes and validate the effectiveness of workforce AI models.
• Maintain a "single source of truth" by resolving complex issues regarding data integrity.
• Translate high-level business challenges into sophisticated data narratives.
• Drive operational efficiency by collaborating with internal teams to track performance metrics.

Requirements

• 6+ years in a BI or Data Analytics role within a SaaS or HR Tech environment.
• Advanced-level SQL and deep expertise in data visualization.
• Proven ability to work without supervision, applying advanced analysis to resolve complex situations.
• Advanced understanding of HR metrics and the HR tech stack (Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).
• A strategic understanding of how Machine Learning models consume data.
