What you will do

• Take ownership of D365 CRM and related systems across Sales, Project Operations, and Customer Service.
• Extend CRM capabilities by leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Optimize integrations between CRM, Azure, HRIS, ERP, and Power BI.
• Define and enforce data governance standards and internal best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and refine complex business and user requirements.
• Document technical solutions and support team methodology in Agile Scrum and DevOps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Power Platform expert.
• Deep knowledge of D365 Project Operations, Sales, and Customer Service modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with autonomy in project delivery.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Functional understanding of corporate administrative processes (Sales, Finance, HR, Recruitment).
• Communication: Bilingual in French and English is required.
