Oracle Fusion Financial Business Systems Analyst (Fintech): Supporting existing Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) Financials environment and playing a key role in an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Cloud EPM transformation with an accent on business systems analysis, requirements definition, and solution design. Focus on ensuring financial system solutions align with accounting standards, internal controls, and reporting needs.

Location: Fully remote position available in the US OR Canada with a preference for a first shift work time starting between 7AM and 9AM CST.

Salary: $119,000 - $142,000 annually for US based applicants ($98,000 - 124,000 CAD for Canadian based applicants)

What you will do

• Apply expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials (and Oracle EBS where applicable) to deliver scalable, cloud-based financial solutions.
• Partner directly with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate accounting needs into system designs and configurations.
• Drive business simplification and automation through effective use of cloud ERP capabilities.
• Define and document business process and system requirements.
• Coordinate and manage user change requests and enhancement initiatives through on-time delivery.
• Serve as a functional lead for financial systems initiatives, ensuring alignment with accounting processes, close activities, and controls.

Requirements

• Strong accounting background required, with a clear understanding of how ERP systems support core accounting, cash, and revenue processes.
• Solid understanding of how Oracle Financials modules work together in an integrated financial environment.
• Comfortable engaging with Accounting, Finance leadership, and cross-functional partners.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to have

• Oracle EBS and PL/SQL experience preferred.
• Experience supporting financial systems in accounting-driven, close and audit sensitive environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead analysis efforts and guide stakeholders through complex initiatives
