What you will do

• Coordinate execution across multiple enterprise initiatives, including internal application development, system integrations, automation, and platform modernization.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables for technical teams.
• Lead Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks or blockers, and drive resolution across cross-functional teams.
• Provide leadership with clear, data-driven reporting on project status, risks, resource allocation, and delivery health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing technology programs, enterprise systems, or complex IT initiatives.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) environments.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or enterprise SaaS environments.
