What you will do
- Research industry and media trends to inform strategy and identify timely story opportunities.
- Provide media relations and pitching support, maintaining an always-on approach with target journalists.
- Manage media lists and coordinate with external agencies on outreach priorities.
- Oversee the speakership and conference pipeline to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Staff executive intake calls and prepare spokespeople for interviews and events.
- Handle inbound media inquiries and proactively pitch news across financial and technology outlets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in PR or media relations, ideally within B2B tech or financial services.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong project-management skills and ability to collaborate with diverse global stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to craft and pitch innovative stories to business and technology media.

- Existing relationships with B2B tech or fintech media outlets.
- Agency-side public relations experience.
