What you will do

• Research industry and media trends to inform strategy and identify timely story opportunities.
• Provide media relations and pitching support, maintaining an always-on approach with target journalists.
• Manage media lists and coordinate with external agencies on outreach priorities.
• Oversee the speakership and conference pipeline to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Staff executive intake calls and prepare spokespeople for interviews and events.
• Handle inbound media inquiries and proactively pitch hirify.global news across financial and technology outlets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in PR or media relations, ideally within B2B tech or financial services.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong project-management skills and ability to collaborate with diverse global stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to craft and pitch innovative stories to business and technology media.
