What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global communications strategy aligned with brand priorities.
• Manage external PR, media engagement, executive visibility, and crisis response efforts.
• Counsel the CEO and leadership team on executive thought leadership and brand narrative.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance to ensure consistent global messaging.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing communications team to foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Partner with People & Culture to drive impactful internal communications that maintain employee alignment.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of communications experience in PR, media relations, or executive storytelling.
• Must be located in Boston, MA (no remote candidates).
• Proven track record managing communications for high-growth brands in healthcare, AI, tech, or fitness.
• Extensive experience with crisis communications and high-impact media placement.
• Strong editorial mindset with exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally at all organizational levels.
