What you will do

• Provide executive strategic oversight and leadership on key marquee accounts, helping clients architect connected campaigns and brand worlds that live across paid, owned, earned, and influencer channels.
• Partner with senior creative, brand strategy, production, and media leaders to ensure ideas scale effectively through culture, community, and commerce.
• Drive thought leadership in integrated communications, elevating hirify.global’s Connections craft through new tools, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Oversee and mentor teams across multiple workstreams, fostering growth and excellence in Connections Strategy talent.
• Translate data and behavioral insights into actionable creative and media recommendations.
• Collaborate across hirify.global’s global network, sharing best practices and contributing to the evolution of the firm’s integrated planning approach.

Requirements

• Minimum of twelve years of experience in communications or connections strategy, with a track record of leading complex, multi channel campaigns.
• Deep experience working with large global brands across sectors, including leadership of marquee, high visibility accounts.
• Expert understanding of content ecosystems, channel planning, and audience behavior.
• Proven success managing interdisciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong familiarity with paid media, analytics, and content performance optimization.
