Scrum Master (Finance)

TL;DR

Scrum Master (Finance): Supporting the Finance Transformation program by enabling Agile delivery practices across ERP rollouts and BAU initiatives with an accent on process governance, backlog management, and Jira administration. Focus on driving consistency and transparency across core finance and technology teams while optimizing delivery cadences.

Location: Must be based in Portugal (Fully Remote).

What you will do

• Lead and coach teams in Agile principles to ensure predictable delivery of ERP and BAU projects.
• Coordinate backlog refinement and prioritization with Product Owners and Project Managers.
• Maintain and optimize Jira boards, workflows, and dashboards for full delivery visibility.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support continuous improvement and process automation within Finance Transformation projects.
• Ensure transparent communication regarding sprint goals, dependencies, and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Proven experience in ERP rollout projects and Change Request delivery cycles.
• Strong hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence administration.
• Deep understanding of backlog management and Agile delivery governance.
• Must have existing right to work in the country of application (no visa sponsorship or relocation support).

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II).
• Experience with Power BI for sprint metrics and reporting.
