What you will do

• Define product vision and gather/document business requirements.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Prioritize backlog, track KPIs, and provide status reports to clients.
• Serve as primary client contact and problem-solver.

Requirements

• 3+ years as Business Analyst or Project Manager in software development.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Requirements gathering, user stories, and backlog management skills.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ people (dev, design, QA).
• English: B2+ for client/stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience and familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR.
• PMP, CSPO, or Scrum Master certification.
• Technical background (software development understanding).
• Experience with remote/distributed teams.
