What you will do

• Define long-term capability strategies and synchronize technology changes across a complex ecosystem.
• Lead business process reengineering efforts to address systemic integration gaps and technology fragmentation.
• Develop and implement a partner technology compliance framework in collaboration with internal audit teams.
• Act as a strategic gatekeeper for the partner ecosystem, overseeing releases and minimizing operational risk.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable business insights for senior leadership.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on troubleshooting for immediate blockers within the partner IT environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations within a technology-driven organization.
• Demonstrated architectural expertise with enterprise systems including VDI/CloudPC, SSO/Identity Management, and Contact Center technologies.
• Proven experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data patterns and influence product roadmaps.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence without authority.
• Undergraduate degree in a business, technical, or science discipline.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or MIS.
• Direct experience with PingID and Amazon Connect platforms.
