What you will do

• Assist customers with system evaluations, complex configurations, and onsite installations.
• Collaborate with R&D engineering to define product requirements and create specification documentation.
• Lead the development of architectural blueprints for scalable, repeatable storage solutions.
• Drive technical strategy and provide subject matter expertise on DAS, NAS, and SAN environments.
• Mentor field and system engineers while advising on technical support organization structure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage sales for large IT organizations.
• Strong understanding of unstructured data applications and modern web frameworks.
• Proficiency in virtualization, high-performance networking, and enterprise security.
• Ability to deliver technical product and architecture presentations to various stakeholders.
• Capacity to excel within an unstructured, high-growth environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
