What you will do

• Define and drive comprehensive product strategy across multiple teams within the Payroll Services organization.
• Coach and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers to elevate product thinking and execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design leadership to deliver roadmaps and integrate AI-enabled tools into development workflows.
• Manage portfolio prioritization, OKRs, and planning cycles to ensure clear alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the primary spokesperson for product initiatives to executive leadership and key internal stakeholders.
• Drive measurable business outcomes for critical areas including money movement and tax compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering successful, customer-focused products at scale.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering teams and make informed trade-offs.
• Must be based in Utah or willing to commute for a hybrid work schedule.
