Focus on aligning hirify.global’s capabilities with partner and customer needs, navigating complex requirements, and influencing technical stakeholders.

Location: Remote (US), preferably based in Austin, TX or Chicago, IL, within CST, MST or PST time zones.

Salary: $124,000 - $180,000 USD annually, commission-eligible.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical resource for Channel Partnerships and strategic partners.
• Support top tier National and Regional partners including but not limited to: SHI, CDW, Insight and Guidepoint.
• Lead scoping, architecture, and positioning solutions that address partner and customer requirements.
• Enable and coach partner technical teams through structured training and advisory support.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Support, and Enablement.
• Mentor peers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in customer‑facing technical roles within B2B SaaS.
• Experience in channel ecosystems, co‑selling, or MSP environments.
• Existing relationships and knowledge of key national VARs: SHI, CDW, Insight and Guidepoint
• Ideally located in Austin, TX or Chicago, IL, near an existing focus VAR
• Skilled at translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with SaaS, security concepts, and technologies such as SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, and AI.
