Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in office).

Salary: 25,000–31,000 PLN gross per month.

What you will do

• Define and ship integrations to ingest knowledge from sources like SharePoint, Google Drive, and ServiceNow.
• Partner with AI and engineering teams to refine data indexing and retrieval for AI agents.
• Establish extensible patterns for building future platform connectors and agentic workflows.
• Develop migration tools to help customers transition from legacy ITSM tools to hirify.global.
• Help shape the local team culture and working style as one of the first Warsaw-based product hires.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of product management experience in platform, API, or integration-heavy domains.
• Strong technical understanding of data schemas, retrieval pipelines, and access controls.
• Conceptual experience building AI/ML capabilities, specifically retrieval and indexing.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise security and data governance requirements.
• Excellent written communication skills for effective global asynchronous collaboration.
