What you will do

• Define the product vision and strategy for the Hire & Onboard domain.
• Lead product discovery and prioritize roadmaps balancing regulatory, operational, and user needs.
• Integrate AI and automation to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Translate complex requirements into high-quality, scalable product features.
• Represent the domain in senior stakeholder forums to communicate progress and impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management owning complex areas end-to-end.
• 3+ years of experience in HR tech, hiring, onboarding, payroll, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record building or iterating on AI-powered and automation-driven features.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Strong experience in high-growth or scale-up environments.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive cross-functional alignment.
