Data Product Manager (BI): Acting as the primary owner of data and analytics capabilities within the OMS migration project with an accent on engaging reporting and analytics stakeholders and aligning requirements with business goals. Focus on overseeing integration of multiple data sources into OMS for real-time analytics, supervising development, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and monitoring system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Salary: 21 700 PLN - 28 400 PLN net + VAT

What you will do

• Act as the primary owner of data and analytics capabilities within the OMS migration project.
• Engage reporting and analytics stakeholders and align requirements with business goals.
• Develop and maintain a detailed data & analytics product roadmap.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide oversight on data architecture, scalability, and performance.
• Supervise development, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Data, or Analytics roles.
• Strong technical background in enterprise data systems and analytics platforms.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation or migration projects.
• Expertise in data modeling, reporting frameworks, and dashboard development.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with OMS or retail systems.
• Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies.
