Salary: $174,000 – $220,000

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of Fortune 50-100 customers while leading ROI and value realization initiatives.
• Act as a strategic transformation partner for leadership teams to drive AI adoption.
• Build and maintain C-suite relationships to serve as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct analysis, surveys, and interviews to frame the P&L impact of AI initiatives.
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs, managing risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales on upsell initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic account management or transformation consulting within Fortune 50-100 environments.
• Proven track record of building and managing C-suite relationships.
• Mastery of change management, strategic thinking, and P&L impact analysis.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for board-level presentations.
• Strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
• Deep alignment with core company values and motivation to drive large-scale industrial change.
